1. Virtual Planning Call (before January 21st). Before this date, jump on a Zoom call with Cole (no more than 60 mins) to ideate on which exact details your talk could cover and discuss how best to structure your talk accordingly.

2. Virtual Draft Review Call (before January 28th). Once you have a 1st draft written (just the speech portion; initial slides aren’t required), have your next and final Zoom call with Cole to review it, sometime before this date.

3. Initial slides (Monday, February 10th, 6pm). To have everything setup in time for the first rehearsal, please send over your powerpoint/keynote slides (with timings setup) via email to jon@tinytalks.com no later than 24 hours beforehand.

4. 1st Rehearsal (Tuesday, February 11th, 6 to 8pm). Food/drinks will be available starting at 6, with practice talks beginning at 6:30. Please arrive at least 10-15 mins before talks begin. If you need to leave early / can’t arrive until later, please let us know so we can slot you in accordingly.

5. 2nd Rehearsal (Sunday, February 16th, 2 to 4pm). Same deal as the first! If you made any changes to your slides / timings after the 1st rehearsal, please send over files no later than 24 hours beforehand. If you need to leave early / can’t arrive until later, please let us know so we can slot you in accordingly.

6. Final, Final Slides (Monday, February 17th, 6:30pm). We need final, final slides by this time.

7. The Event! (Tuesday, February 18th, 6:30pm). Presentations begins at 8pm but please arrive as close to Doors Open (6:30) as you can to check-in!
